چکیده
Fimozė – tai būklė, pasireiškianti pasunkėjusiu apyvarpės atsmaukimu nuo varpos galvutės dėl susiaurėjimo. Išskiriamos dvi fimozės formos fiziologinė ir patologinė. Svarbus pediatrų budrumas diferencijuojant formas parenkant tinkamiausią gydymą. Diagnozavus fiziologinę fimozę, svarbu šviesti tėvus apie higieną. Patvirtinus pradėti konservatyvųjį Patologinės diagnozavimas yra absoliuti indikacija cirkumcizijai.
